the room was comfortable and clean. i had a fantastic polo view from my room. the hotel's location is quiet. it is away from the city's hustle.
the breakfast had very few items and poor cheap choices. there was no salmon and no avocado. the bread and drinks choices were poor and not replenished.

cherry at the front desk was helpful. she provided recommendations for local attractions. she swiftly handled any requests. kashif was kind and helpful with everything i needed. he helped us with all our luggage. he made sure we did not need anything else before leaving.
the gym was strangely pokey. the swimming pool was small. i was forced to endure the style and volume of noise. it was brutal. the management of this hotel will not rest until all its guests have chronic hearing loss.

the gym was a bit of a letdown since several machines were out of order. i also found the restaurant to be overpriced (i believe it was nearly $40 for a basic burger). the service was inconsistent. Some staff were very helpful, others seemed indifferent.

the suite was fantastic. i enjoyed the choices available for breakfast. the horse and hound pub offered great food and drinks..
the service was slow. requests were not always addressed attentively. the villa's water heating system was malfunctioning, preventing showers. the furniture was old and unclean.
